We regret to inform you that Mitajewellery does not accept returns on any products once they have been purchased.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in the case of damaged products.
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the damage. Ensure the video clearly shows the unopened package and the product in question.
Process for Exchange
Drop a mail to roshaniraichura15@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to report the issue.
Share the required proof, including the unboxing video and images of the damage.
Once verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Important Notes
Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
